This policy covers the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/nLPD) and, for visitors in the European Union, the GDPR.

Nothing is collected while you browse. Data reaches us only if you choose to send it.

Contact form: name, email address, company or profile (optional), type of project, estimated budget (optional), and your message. The IP address of the request is also recorded, solely to limit automated abuse of the form.

WhatsApp: if you write via the WhatsApp button, the conversation and your phone number are processed by WhatsApp under its own terms, over which this site has no control.

The sole purpose is to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and the legitimate interest in protecting the form against abuse for the IP address.

Your data is never sold, rented, or used for advertising or profiling.

If an automated destination (a spreadsheet, a workflow tool) is configured to receive enquiries, it acts under the same purpose and receives nothing more than the fields listed above.

If you receive a prospecting email from me, your professional details were not collected on this site: they come from B2B databases (Apollo.io in particular) or from public professional sources. The fields processed are those of a business contact: name, role, company, work email address, sector.

The legal basis is the legitimate interest in offering a service to professionals whose activity matches it. No automated profiling, no resale, no transfer to third parties beyond the sending tools.

A refusal ends the processing immediately and permanently: reply "stop" or write to contact@leocox.pro, and the address is removed from every list. Every message sent carries that reminder and identifies its sender clearly.

Prospecting data that receives no reply is deleted after twelve months.

For as long as is needed to handle the enquiry and, where a working relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship and the legal retention periods that apply to it. Enquiries with no follow-up are deleted once they are no longer useful.

One session cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, remembers whether you are reading in French or English. One sessionStorage key, lc-loader-shown, avoids replaying the opening animation on every page. Both are strictly functional and disappear when you close the browser.

There is no analytics tool, no advertising tag, and no third-party domain contacted by this site, fonts and media are served from this domain. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

You may ask for access to your data, its correction, its deletion, or object to its processing. An email to contact@leocox.pro or a message on WhatsApp is enough, and it will be handled without formality.

If you are in the European Union you may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority; in Switzerland, with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

If a measurement or third-party tool is ever added to this site, this page will be updated before that tool goes live, and the site will then ask for consent where the law requires it.
